Code of ethics
Intellectual Solidarity and Synergy of Ivorian Skills
PREAMBLE
The Groupement's desire is not to enact a dogma, but to propose a framework for reflection serving as a guide for Members.
Subscribers remain free and responsible for their choice of action and their judgment.
This ethical charter should not be seen as an evaluation or control tool but rather as a reference tool on how to act and be members of the GICI.
Also, this ethical charter in no way replaces or prevails over all the laws, regulations or agreements in force within the group.
Our mission
In 2018, the International Grouping of Ivorian Skills (GICI) was born from the concern of a group of young Ivorians to catalyze resources and skills around the world, in order to participate in the influence of Côte d'Ivoire.
The GICI's mission is to bring together Ivorian skills, concentrate the means obtained, initiate socio-economic development actions and support actions taken by the authorities in favor of the Ivorian populations.
Our values
THE COMMITMENT
to commit
Commitment is the backbone of ethics. The GICI needs committed people who will be actively involved in the development of Côte d'Ivoire.
We all have a role to play in the success or failure of this country which is ours. Becoming aware of this responsibility also means taking the measure of our importance in the collective process set up by the group.
So we have to commit for ourselves and for Côte d'Ivoire.
INTEGRITY
To be integrated
Respect for everyone's integrity is fundamental for the proper functioning and long-term maintenance of the corporatism expected of the collective initiatives that will be carried out. Taking an interest in individual motivations and respecting everyone's beliefs and values means safeguarding the good balance of the group by granting everyone the recognition they need.
SOLIDARITY
Alone we go faster but Together we go further. . .
Be Solidarity
No civilization or society has been constituted without solidarity. Isolated individuals are weak. United, they find the strength to build and resist to give substance to their ideals.
It is possible to succeed together. It is even much more likely to succeed by being united. Our respective interests can and must converge on Côte d'Ivoire.
intellectual solidarity
Côte d'Ivoire obviously needs each of us to fully flourish and develop.
We want to promote a pooling of intellectual skills, assets taking into account the capital time and energy invested by everyone during our actions.
